Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy for damaged or defective items only, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Return We do not accept general returns. Returns are only accepted if the product received is damaged or defective. To be eligible, you must provide a clear unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened with the damage clearly visible. Without this video proof, we will not be able to process your return request.
How to Start a Return To start a return, contact us at parutheecustomercare@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at parutheecustomercare@gmail.com.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
- Products purchased on discount or sale
- Custom or personalized orders
- Gift cards
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If your return is accepted, you may make a separate purchase for the item you want.
European Union — 14 Day Cooling Off Period If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds Once we receive your returned product, our team will inspect and examine the item. The refund process will begin only after the examination is completed and the damage is verified. We will notify you once the inspection is done and let you know if the refund was approved.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note the following deductions:
- GST charges are non-refundable
- A payment gateway processing fee of 2% will be deducted from the refund amount
Please allow additional time for your bank or card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at parutheecustomercare@gmail.com.
Return Shipping If your return is approved, we will cover the return shipping cost and send you a return shipping label along with instructions.
